Job summary

SerlinoLab is seeking an ambitious eCommerce Performance Graphic Designer to produce conversion-focused visuals for product pages, ads, and promos. The role emphasizes fast, independent work with strong AI integration to accelerate production and maintain high-quality standards.

You will contribute to a rapidly growing DTC brand, collaborating with the Art Director to ensure brand consistency and impact across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Graphic Designer in e-commerce, preferably in beauty or supplements.
• Strong portfolio with e-commerce assets: static ads, landing pages, and AI-generated visuals.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma; able to integrate AI tools into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Create product page images for Shopify and Amazon.
• Produce static ads and promo imagery for Meta/Amazon and other platforms.
• Generate assets using AI tools to accelerate concept development.
• Retouch and post-produce photos for shoots and AI visuals.
• Collaborate with Art Director to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
