Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Director of Professional Services, WordPress VIP, based in Poland for a senior leadership role. You will shape and scale an enterprise delivery organization with migrations, implementations, and complex engagements for major customers.

You will own delivery performance, pricing strategy, and offerings while leveraging AI to accelerate value and efficiency. This role is fully remote and requires strong executive collaboration across Sales, Product, Support, and Account

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in Professional Services, implementation, or related delivery functions.
• 5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers, including migrations/implementations.
• Experience building and managing a services portfolio with offerings and pricing.
• Commercial ownership beyond delivery, partnering with Sales on scoping/pricing and expansion.
• Strong understanding of AI‑augmented delivery models in operations.
• Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and communicate complex issues.
• People leadership and performance management experience with HR collaboration.
• Operator‑first mindset balancing strategy and day‑to‑day delivery.
• Strong commercial judgment linking revenue/margin to customer outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for complex engagements.
• Coaching‑oriented leadership developing practitioners into delivery leaders.
• Strategic thinker with execution skills in a fast‑changing, distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Professional Services organization of engineers and delivery managers.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery performance including health, scope, timelines, and escalations.
• Build AI‑augmented delivery to accelerate execution and value realization.
• Develop a repeatable portfolio of offerings that can be scoped, priced, and delivered.
• Own commercial performance: revenue, margin, pricing, expansions and retention.
• Partner with Sales/Account Management to scope, price, and expand engagements.
• Set strategic direction for Professional Services within the Customer Experience leadership team.
• Differentiate the services portfolio with clear value propositions and impact evidence.
• Collaborate with Product/Support/Account Management for feedback loops.
• Represent Services with senior stakeholders during complex engagements.
• Coach and develop delivery professionals through performance feedback and leadership.
