Jobgether SRL seeks a Director of Professional Services, WordPress VIP, based in Poland, to lead a global, AI-enabled delivery organization. You will drive migrations, implementations, and complex engagements for enterprise customers in a high-autonomy, fully remote role.

You will own the delivery portfolio, commercial performance, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Support, and Account Management, shaping offerings and capacity for growth.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services or delivery.
• 5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers.
• Proven experience building and managing a services portfolio with pricing.
• Commercial ownership beyond delivery, including pricing and expansion.
• Strong understanding of AI-augmented delivery models.
• Ability to work with executive stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• People leadership and performance-management experience.
• Operator-first mindset balancing strategy and delivery challenges.
• Strong commercial judgment on revenue and margins.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Coaching-focused leadership style for delivery teams.
• Strategic thinking with execution in a distributed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a Professional Services org of engineers and delivery managers.
• Own end-to-end delivery performance including health, escalations, outcomes, timelines.
• Build an AI-augmented delivery organization to accelerate execution and capacity.
• Develop and maintain a portfolio of offerings that can be scoped, priced, and delivered.
• Own the commercial performance including revenue, margin, pricing, and expansion.
• Partner with Sales to scope and price engagements, and manage transitions to delivery.
• Set strategic direction and operating plan for Professional Services within Customer Experience.
• Differentiate services with a clear value proposition.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Account Management for feedback loops.
• Represent Services with senior stakeholders and executive customer contacts.
• Coach and develop delivery professionals through feedback and performance management.
