Job summary

Childcare Marketing Group is seeking a Digital Account Strategist to build strong client relationships, lead client communication, and coordinate digital marketing execution for a portfolio of childcare and early education clients.

You will support campaign development, track performance, drive renewals, upsells, testimonials, and long-term growth, with a focus on delivering measurable results and exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a client-facing digital marketing role.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, including paid advertising, SEO, social media, email, and landing pages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple client relationships or projects simultaneously.
• Comfort reading campaign metrics and communicating performance results.
• Proficiency with CRM and project management tools.
• Reliable remote work setup and availability to work primarily on an Eastern Time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead client check-in calls, explain campaign progress, and articulate next steps.
• Review campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
• Follow up on renewals, upsell opportunities, testimonials, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to keep campaigns and deliverables moving.
• Proactively reach out to clients with updates and timely communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve results, increase enrollment, and solve client marketing challenges.
