Trellix is seeking a Solution Consultant to join the Professional Services Delivery team. This role focuses on daily deployments, operations and maintenance of Trellix solutions in customer environments, acting as a cybersecurity SME.
The consultant will communicate with Success Managers, Support Engineers, and management to assess, plan, and implement security enhancements. You will collaborate with customers to design deployment plans, integration strategies, and SOPs, while developing
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field.
- 5+ years in a technical consulting/ cybersecurity role.
- Experience with enterprise networks and security technologies.
Responsabilidades
- Lead deployments, operations, and maintenance of Trellix solutions in customer environments.
- Develop technical project, test, and deployment plans.
- Provide cybersecurity SME guidance to customers and coordinate with teams.
- Create technical designs, SOPs, and documentation.
- Lead or participate in technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
