Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Solution Consultant to lead deployments, operations and maintenance of Trellix security solutions in customer environments. You will act as a cybersecurity SME, guiding incidents, design decisions, and integrations with customer teams.

You will collaborate with Success Managers, Support Engineers, and Professional Services leadership to deliver projects, write technical docs, and drive problem resolution across large-scale environments.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in a technical cybersecurity/IT role.
Experience with enterprise network planning, deployment, migrations, and operations.
Strong cybersecurity operations and engineering knowledge, Windows and Linux administration.
Hands-on experience with security tech (EDR, XDR, NDR).
Proficiency in Active Directory, virtualization, cloud services (AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with cyber threat identification, mitigation, and response strategies.

Responsibilities

Own overall customer experience and successful delivery of services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships across multiple organizations.
Deploy, integrate, and operationalize Trellix solutions across large enterprises.
Write technical documentation and briefings; lead technical meetings.
Develop system designs, data flow diagrams, test plans, and SOPs.
Lead deployment planning, execution, and post-deployment testing.
Analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions integrated into customer infrastructure.
Monitor system health, status, availability, and functionality; report issues.
