Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Solution Consultant in Poland to oversee deployments, operations and maintenance of Trellix solutions. You will be a cybersecurity expert, advise customers, and coordinate with Success Managers and support teams to ensure successful delivery.

You will craft project plans, test and migration plans, and ensure smooth integration into customers’ environments, while building strong relationships and delivering high-quality documentation and briefings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a technical capacity in cybersecurity or IT security.
• Fluent in Polish, German and English.
• Based in Poland, willing to travel across the DACH region and Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities

• Ensure overall customer experience and successful delivery of services.
• Deploy, integrate, and operationalize Trellix solutions across a broad enterprise.
• Write technical documentation and briefings.
• Lead or participate in deployment planning and execution; develop system diagrams and SOPs.
