Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking a Professional Services Architect with strong enterprise cybersecurity experience to lead complex EDR/XDR deployments and AI security controls for enterprise customers. You will own technical engagements from discovery through deployment, handover, and ongoing success, presenting clear technical guidance and risk-based recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in enterprise cybersecurity with customer-facing technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR deployments and migrations.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint telemetry, detection/response workflows, and integrations with SIEM, identity, and cloud platforms.
• Experience delivering AI security controls and browser-based security deployments via MDM.
• Ability to scope engagements, estimate effort, and contribute to SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical owner for SentinelOne EDR/XDR deployments and Prompt Security implementations.
• Lead discovery, design, and architecture across endpoints, identity, cloud security, and SOC integrations.
• Deploy and configure Prompt Security across enterprise environments and AI tool access.
• Advise on AI governance, data protection, and policy enforcement.
• Troubleshoot deployments and escalate complex architectural decisions as needed.
• Collaborate with pre-sales to scope engagements and provide technical input into SOWs.
• Work with MSSPs and system integrators to build delivery capability and provide guidance.
• Contribute to internal and partner-facing technical guides and docs.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders to represent their needs internally.
