We are looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant to join our growing Cybersecurity Consulting team. In this role, you will support Polish and international clients across a variety of industries in their cybersecurity transformation journeys.
You will work on projects focused on cybersecurity governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), with a particular emphasis on NIS2 readiness and implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Security Advisory & Compliance
- Conduct NIS2 gap assessments and support clients in achieving regulatory compliance.
- Perform cybersecurity governance, compliance, and maturity assessments.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) aligned with ISO/IEC 27001.
- Advise clients on security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Contribute to cybersecurity transformation initiatives across various industries.
- Develop and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Prepare assessment reports, findings, recommendations, and executive summaries.
- Create customer presentations and workshop materials.
Client Engagement
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and provide practical security recommendations.
- Present assessment findings and improvement roadmaps to clients.
Business Development & Presales
- Support presales activities and proposal development.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and enhance cybersecurity consulting services.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, governance, risk management, compliance, or related areas.
- Experience conducting security assessments and facilitating client workshops independently.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Experience presenting findings and recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
- Practical experience with:
- NIS2 Directive and related compliance requirements.
- ISO/IEC 27001 and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
- Security Governance and Cyber Risk Management.
- Internal and External Audit methodologies.
- Security Maturity Assessments.
- Compliance and Regulatory Assessments.
- Security Policies, Standards, and Controls.
- Security Frameworks and Standards such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, and the ISO 2700x family.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot, in day-to-day work.
