KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across sites, landing pages, paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. Lead strategy, backlog, briefing, QA, launch and winners with a fast, data-driven approach.

The role requires 3–4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands, deep Intelligems know-how, and a track record of lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor through tests.

Qualificações

• 3–4+ years leading CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligems, AfterSell and Shopify ecosystems.
• Proven ability to lift CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor with tests.

Responsabilidades

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and ship tests weekly and report results.
