Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to own the ideation, scripting, planning and management of the entire creative process for Meta VSLs, UGC ads, and high‑converting direct response creatives. Join a fast‑growing DTC brand selling stainless steel cat water fountains, with $2M+ monthly ad spend, and shape campaigns across Shopify, Amazon and Chewy.

We require 3+ years in performance creative, Deep DTC experience, and current AI stack usage; you will produce 15 ad briefs

Qualifications

• Direct Response expertise with 3+ years in DR for performance brands.
• Deep DTC experience with recognizable brands and spend levels.
• Proven VSL copywriting experience for DR campaigns.
• Experience running Meta Ads campaigns at scale across formats.

Responsibilities

• Develop VSL briefs end-to-end: angle, hook, script, structure.
• Design AI-driven concepts and hooks for paid video.
• Partner with editors and performance marketers on testing.
• Iterate strategy based on creative performance data.
