Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our Shopify DTC brands. You will build backlogs, brief QA tests, launch winners and drive improvements in CRO, AOV and revenue per visitor.

This fully remote, full-time role requires 3–4+ years of CRO experience, strong Intelligems skills, and the ability to manage paid acquisition funnels and landing pages. You will collaborate directly with the founder and scale outputs across both brands.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands with measurable wins.
• Proven record of tests lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.
• Hands-on experience with Intelligems, AfterSell and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, prioritizing high-impact tests.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly and ship winners.
• Report CRO KPIs and run weekly CRO & Funnels meetings.
