Job summary

KittySpout is seeking a hands-on CRO Lead to own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells. You set the strategy and you do the work – building the backlog, briefing and QA-ing tests, launching them and shipping the winners.

The role supports a $2,000,000+ monthly Meta spend and requires 3–4+ years CRO experience for Shopify DTC brands, with deep Intelligems hands-on expertise and data-driven proof of lifts in CVR,

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
• Hands-on CRO leadership with a track record of lifting CVR, AOV or revenue per visitor.
• Experience building and testing paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRO test plan and backlog for both brands, prioritised by impact.
• Build, test and launch paid-acquisition funnels and on-site offers.
• Brief, QA and launch tests weekly and ship winners.
• Report CRO KPIs weekly and lead the CRO & Funnels meeting.
