Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a hands-on Junior CRO Manager to join our product growth team. You will turn hypotheses into live tests, build landing pages and funnels, and own parts of the testing roadmap under the Senior CRO Manager.

This execution-focused role emphasizes fast iteration with AI tools like Claude, setting up experiments, defining success metrics, and contributing ideas to improve conversion across our SaaS and consumer products. Remote-friendly, fast-paced, and growth-oriented.

Qualifications

• 1+ years hands-on CRO, growth, product, or digital marketing experience.
• Design sense to craft clean, persuasive pages and build them.
• Bias for shipping: ship solid variants quickly and keep the cycle moving.
• Proactive: identify and act on tasks without waiting for instructions.
• Strong English communication in writing and speaking.
• Good judgment on conversion opportunities across landing pages.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting briefs.
• AI-native habits: using Claude or similar tools.
• Attention to detail in experiment setup and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build new landing pages and funnels, testing messaging and offers.
• Prepare designs with Claude and create experiment variants.
• Set up experiments, define success metrics, verify tracking.
• Manage the experiment pipeline, brief engineers, move tests to rollout.
• Contribute test ideas by studying funnels and competitors.
• Support analysis and document learnings for the roadmap.
