Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant for Megan's educational consulting ventures. Work remotely with a flexible schedule, around 10 hours per week, plus a paid onboarding of 10 hours for SOP review.

You will handle lead response, CRM upkeep, and gradually expand into marketing tracking and content support. Ideal candidates have GoHighLevel experience, strong CRM skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with GoHighLevel strongly preferred.
• Solid CRM management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication across emails, messages, and calls.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbox and workflows in GoHighLevel and maintain contact lists.
• Respond to leads promptly, follow up on ad-generated contacts, and track responses.
• Review and optimize existing workflows and triggers.
• Track Meta and Google Ads performance and report insights.
• Assist with content calendar, batching and posting content, and basic editing.
• Support onboarding SOP review and participate in small test tasks.
