Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a smart, proactive Virtual Assistant to handle LinkedIn outreach and GoHighLevel support. The role focuses on converting prospects into a growing pipeline and coordinating newsletters and blog content.

You should have strong professional English, good judgment, and experience with sales outreach, lead generation, and GoHighLevel. Initial commitment is about 6 hours per week with potential to grow as the client needs evolve, including ad hoc tasks like Canva design.

Responsibilities

• Manage LinkedIn outreach using messaging sequences and templates.

• Escalate complex issues to the client when needed.
• Track outreach progress and ensure pipeline growth.
• Format and send weekly newsletters using templates.
• Post and maintain blog content within GoHighLevel.
• Assist with basic webinar materials and campaigns.
