Job summary

Scale Jet is seeking a Content Manager to drive content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more for its supplements brands. You will oversee content production, align with product launches, and collaborate with influencers and creators to deliver compelling, compliant campaigns.

You will optimize content based on data insights, manage cross-functional teams, and maintain a strong brand voice while exploring new growth opportunities in wellness space.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content management, social media or influencer marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and trends.
• Experience working with influencers/creators and managing partnerships.
• Familiarity with UGC strategies.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools.
• Knowledge of health, wellness, supplements industry.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).
• Gather and brief influencers/creators for campaigns; oversee content production.
• Plan content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns and seasonal trends.
• Ensure consistent tone, voice and visual identity across channels.
