Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Warsaw seeks an Influencer & Community Manager to own end-to-end influencer partnerships, strategy and execution, driving brand relevance and consumer conversations across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Reddit.

You will collaborate with Media, Brand and PR teams to apply global strategies locally, turning content and conversations into growth with hands-on execution and a passion for creator culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media.
• Proven record of managing end‑to‑end influencer/creator campaigns, from briefing through to reporting.
• Strong understanding of the Polish creator landscape and platform dynamics.
• Data‑driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance and optimise campaigns.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead locally relevant execution of influencer, KOL, and expert strategies in line with regional guidance.
• Identify, vet and onboard creators across micro, macro, celebrity, experts tiers.
• Own campaign delivery end-to-end, including briefing, content, rollout, budget management with ROI focus.
• Engage with audiences across key platforms, driving real-time conversation and advocacy.
• Monitor sentiment, manage risks and escalate issues when required.
