Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Social Media Content Designer / Video Editor in Poland to manage end-to-end content—from concept to captions—for Instagram, TikTok, and other brands. Start at 10 hours per week with room to grow; you’ll craft hooks, edit shorts with transitions, and keep brand consistency.

You will organize drafts, schedule posts, track trends, and collaborate asynchronously across time zones using CapCut, Canva, and Google Drive.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing short-form video content for Instagram/TikTok.
• Experience using AI tools to support content creation.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form videos, reels, TikToks, stories, carousels, images, and longer videos.
• Develop hooks, captions, and content ideas; adapt content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Use transitions, text, fonts, effects, and music with good judgment; maintain brand consistency.
• Organize content, prepare drafts for review, and schedule approved posts.
• Track trends and basic content performance; share ideas for improvements.
