Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Social Media Content Designer / Video Editor in Poland to manage end-to-end content—from concept to captions—for Instagram, TikTok, and other brands. Start at 10 hours per week with room to grow; you’ll craft hooks, edit shorts with transitions, and keep brand consistency.

You will organize drafts, schedule posts, track trends, and collaborate asynchronously across time zones using CapCut, Canva, and Google Drive.

Social Media Content Designer / Video Editor

Scope of Work: The role should cover the full content process, not only editing videos. You can use this in the posting:

Create and edit short-form videos, reels, TikToks, stories, carousels, images, and longer videos for our brands and clients. Develop engaging hooks, captions, and content ideas; adapt content for Instagram and TikTok; use transitions, text, fonts, effects, and music with good judgment; and keep each account consistent with its brand. Help organize content, prepare drafts for review, make revisions, and schedule approved posts. Track trends and basic content performance, then share ideas for what to improve.

Qualifications:

Strong short-form video editing skills, especially with transitions, typography, pacing, effects, and visual storytelling. Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok, with a portfolio or examples of your work. Comfortable using AI tools to support content creation and editing. Able to follow brand guidelines, take feedback, meet deadlines, and manage several pieces of content at once. Creative, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently.

Tools:

CapCut, Canva, Instagram, TikTok, Google Drive, and WhatsApp. Experience with AI content tools is preferred. We will use Notion and google drive or a shared content calendar to organize tasks, drafts, feedback, and deadlines.

Start at 10 hours per week, with the possibility of adjusting hours as the workload and client needs develop.

Schedule:

Flexible schedule, with agreed deadlines for drafts and revisions. The creator should be available for occasional check-ins during Eastern Time business hours and communicate promptly if a deadline may be affected.
