Job summary

ART2HIRE is assisting a Silicon Valley based, profitable B2C startup with influencer marketing for a global VPN product. The Influencer Marketing Manager will own strategy, budget and end-to-end execution, working with creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts and newsletters.

You will build the program from zero, set deals, track performance and ensure compliance while collaborating with performance marketing, brand, product and finance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in influencer, creator or partnership marketing.
• Built or launched an influencer program before.
• Experience across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts).
• Hands-on with flat-fee, CPA or affiliate deals.
• Fluent English; strong negotiation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Build the influencer program from zero with strategy, process, tooling and playbook.
• Own the influencer budget: plan, allocate and report on spend and returns.
• Source and manage creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts and newsletters.
• Negotiate and structure deals: flat-fee, CPA/affiliate, hybrids.
• Run campaigns end to end: outreach, contracts, briefs, content review, launch and payment.
• Make performance measurable with tracking links, codes and attribution.
• Decide who to keep/grow/drop based on numbers, not follower counts.
• Keep program compliant with disclosure rules and platform policies.
• Decide where outside help is worth it (agencies, networks, tools).
• Collaborate with performance marketing, brand, product and finance on launches and forecasts.
• Report results to leadership with recommended next steps.
• Use AI tooling in workflow for research and reporting.
