Job summary

Dr. Jen Oral Care is a family-founded oral care brand aiming for gentler products. We’re building influencer and creator programs, managing video content across TikTok, Meta and YouTube, and turning creator work into ads through our teams.

We seek an organized Social Media Manager to run the program end-to-end, contact creators, send samples, track submissions, and nurture long-term partnerships while ensuring brand-safe claims.

Qualifications

• Experience running influencer or creator programs, from outreach to finished video.
• Partnerships or affiliate program experience.
• Hands-on experience managing social media content on TikTok, Meta and YouTube.
• Clear, friendly and persuasive written English: outreach messages that get replies.
• Strong organization: manage hundreds of creator conversations, samples and deadlines.
• An eye for which creator videos will work as ads and which belong on our own channels.
• Care with product claims: you keep creators within what we can say about our products.

Responsibilities

• Find and vet creators through our creator program, which gives us access to hundreds of thousands of potential influencers.
• Contact potential influencers and invite them to receive product samples.
• Keep track of every creator, from first message to sample sent to video received, and follow up when videos are late.
• Make sure videos are submitted, then route them to the ads team or post them on our channels.
• Manage our social media content across TikTok, Meta and YouTube.
• Run our affiliate program and turn the best creators into long-term partners.
• Learn directly about customers and the dental market during onboarding, so the creators and content you choose reflect real customer needs.
