Job summary

The Colson Center for Christian World View is seeking a Content and Communications Project Specialist. This remote/hybrid role will support the Vice President for Content and Communications with scheduling, project coordination, and ministry-wide content logistics.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of admin or project coordination experience, with excellent writing, communication, and discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of admin support and/or project coordination.
• Ability to work in a dynamic high-growth environment.
• Excellent analytical, PM, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional representation with discretion and diplomacy.
• Clear written and verbal communication for varied audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationships with staff, board, donors.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the VP for Content and Communications.
• Coordinate ministry-wide content strategy, schedule, and reviews.
• Serve as a bridge for communication among leadership, staff, and internal teams.
• Draft and finalize complex correspondence, minutes, reports, and board materials.
• Prioritize and manage responses to inquiries and requests.
• Plan logistics for meetings and conferences, including travel and catering.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
