EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Project Administrator to support the Program Lead with project execution, documentation, and analytics.

The role focuses on coordinating communications with stakeholders and community members, maintaining schedules, and delivering timely insights. You will develop playbooks and content for communities, assist with admin operations, and help track metrics to drive program success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience with excellent coordination skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets with functions to process and manage data.
• Background in marketing and communications, including writing newsletters and creating content for engagement platforms.
• English writing and speaking at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Lead on execution of existing projects and introduction of new initiatives to the program.
• Manage communication with community members, support membership queries, and connect with the relevant audience.
• Create, maintain, and update project schedules and project documentation and reporting.
• Collect feedback and program data; analyze it; prepare and present insights to the Program Lead.
