Reporting to the Digital Director, you will design graphics, edit videos, draft copy, and support rapid-response moments, with a strong focus on accessibility and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 1–2 years creating digital content preferred (social graphics, short-form video, online content).
• Experience in nonprofit advocacy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create digital content for social, email, web, and campaigns, including graphics and carousels.
• Produce and edit short-form videos for social media with captions and overlays.
• Draft clear social copy with captions, CTAs, and explainers for advocacy content.
• Support rapid-response moments with timely graphics, captions, and videos as news breaks.
• Prepare assets for influencer and partner engagement as needed.
• Monitor engagement across social, email, and web to identify opportunities.
• Make routine updates to websites and digital actions.
• Support dignified storytelling highlighting clients, partners, and communities.
