Job summary

Utopia Design is seeking a technically strong architect to join the design team in focusing on boutique hospitality assets. You will translate design intent into fully coordinated, buildable documentation across all design stages, emphasizing technical development from RIBA Stage 3 through construction.

You will work with the broader design and engineering teams, serving as a key contact for design problem-solving, system integration, and detailing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• 5–10 years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects (private homes, villas, hotels, resorts).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional level of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical design for high-end hospitality projects with strong buildability and coordination.
• Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation.
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using BIM/Navisworks.
• Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions.
• Prepare tender and construction-stage documentation aligned with codes and specifications.
• Maintain quality control of models and drawings; flag risks early.
• Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic.
• Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and materials.
• Support BIM modelers and contribute to internal technical standards and workflows.
