Job summary

You will translate designs into buildable models while ensuring quality and adherence to design intent. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies is essential, along with a professional level of English. A portfolio is a must.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience with low-rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate designs into coordinated and buildable Revit models.
• Develop technical layouts and details in Revit.
• Coordinate models with structural and MEP inputs.
