Job summary

Utopia Design is seeking a dynamic AV & BMS Design Engineer to support the design development of luxury hospitality projects worldwide. You will deliver creative and technical engineering solutions while upholding aesthetic and functional standards in boutique villas and hotels.

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers, lead CAD/BIM documentation, study KNX integration, and stay ahead of trends and regulations in luxury sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree required in Electrical/Building Engineering with AV & BMS focus.
• 4–10 years of experience in design consultancy or general contracting.
• Experience on low-rise residential and hospitality projects.
• Professional level of English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Design AV & BMS systems for luxury villas and boutique hotels, aligning with codes and client requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate systems into projects.
• Lead detailed drawings, technical documentation, and system specs using CAD and BIM.
• Stay updated on latest AV/BMS tech and regulations for luxury hospitality.
