Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, improve service efficiency, and explore AI-driven solutions. Expect travel about 50% across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years in field service, technical support, or digital solutions in regulated industries.
• Proven record leading customer-facing implementations or deployments.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and utilization of remote service capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership for deployments and cybersecurity barriers.
• Enable cross-functional alignment across Sales, Service, and PMO.
• Lead installations, pilots, and improved remote tool utilization.
• Identify, pilot, and scale AI-driven service solutions.
