Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Digital Service & Remote Connectivity Lead – EMEA to unlock remote service value and drive adoption of IntelliServe remote tools. You will lead multi‑function initiatives, support sales and implementations, and tackle cybersecurity barriers to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration across Sales, Service, and PMO, with frequent travel across the EMEA region and a focus on AI‑driven digital service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption by increasing attachment rates and expanding installed base.
• Provide technical leadership by supporting sales and leading implementations, removing adoption barriers (incl. cybersecurity).
• Enable cross-functional alignment across Sales, Service, and PMO for consistent positioning, execution, and rollout.
• Execute key initiatives including installations, pilots, and improved remote tool utilization.
• Lead innovation by identifying, piloting, and scaling AI‑driven service solutions.
