Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Poland is seeking a Digital Service & Remote Connectivity Lead to accelerate the adoption and utilization of IntelliServe across EMEA. You will drive remote service initiatives, enable cybersecurity, and lead cross‑functional collaborations with Sales, Service, and PMO to deliver scalable digital solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
5+ years in field service, technical support, or digital solutions in regulated industries.
Proven track record leading customer-facing implementations or deployments.
Advanced knowledge of connectivity, cybersecurity, and remote diagnostics.
Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption and utilization by increasing attachment rates and active use of remote tools.
Provide technical leadership by supporting sales, leading implementations, and removing adoption barriers.
Enable cross-functional alignment across Sales, Service, and PMO for consistent positioning.
Execute key initiatives including installations, pilots, and improved remote tool utilization.
Lead innovation by piloting and scaling AI-driven service solutions.
