Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Digital Service & Remote Connectivity Lead – EMEA to unlock value from remote service capabilities and drive adoption of IntelliServe. You will lead customer-facing implementations, collaborate across Sales, Service, and PMO, and identify AI-enabled service opportunities to stay ahead in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
5+ years in field service, technical support, or digital solutions within a regulated industry.
Proven track record in leading customer-facing implementations or deployments.
Advanced knowledge of connectivity, cybersecurity, and remote diagnostics platforms.
Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix environment, influencing Sales, Service, and PMO stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Drive adoption and utilization of remote service capabilities and IntelliServe across the installed base.
Provide technical leadership by supporting sales, leading implementations, and removing adoption barriers (incl. cybersecurity).
Enable cross-functional alignment across Sales, Service, and PMO for consistent positioning and rollout.
Execute key initiatives including installations, pilots, and improved remote tool utilization.
Lead innovation by identifying, piloting, and scaling AI-driven service solutions.
