Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Digital Service & Remote Connectivity Lead – EMEA to unlock the value of remote service capabilities, drive adoption of IntelliServe, and identify IT and AI solutions to strengthen service competitiveness across the region.

You will lead customer-facing implementations, coordinate with Sales, Service and PMO, oversee cybersecurity and deployments, and travel up to 50% across EMEA while enabling flexible, remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in field service, technical support, or digital solutions in regulated industries.
• Proven record leading customer-facing implementations with digital/remote tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and utilization of remote service capabilities.
• Lead customer-facing implementations and deployments, including integration with digital tools.
• Enable cross-functional alignment across Sales, Service, and PMO.
• Lead pilots and scaling of AI-driven service solutions.
• Ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance in deployments.
