Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in Europe is seeking a Digital Service & Remote Connectivity Lead to unlock the value of IntelliServe and expand remote service capabilities across EMEA.

You will drive adoption, lead implementations, and collaborate across Sales, Service, and PMO to deliver secure, AI-enabled service solutions for customers. Travel up to 50% is anticipated with a flexible remote work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of field service, technical support, or digital solutions experience in a regulated industry.
• Proven track record in customer-facing implementations or deployments of digital/remote service tools.
• Advanced knowledge of connectivity, cybersecurity, and remote diagnostics platforms.
• Ability to influence Sales, Service, and PMO stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of remote service capabilities and increase tool utilization.
• Provide technical leadership during implementations, including cybersecurity considerations.
• Enable cross-functional alignment across Sales, Service, and PMO for consistent positioning and rollout.
• Execute installations, pilots, and improve remote tool utilization.
• Lead innovation by identifying and scaling AI-driven digital service solutions.
