Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Digital Service & Remote Connectivity Lead – EMEA to unlock the value of remote service capabilities, drive adoption of IntelliServe, and identify AI-enabled IT solutions to strengthen service competitiveness.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Service, and PMO, oversee installations and pilots, and push advanced digital tools while traveling up to 50% across the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in field service, support, or digital solutions within a regulated industry.
• Proven leadership in customer-facing deployments, including digital/remote tools.
• Advanced knowledge of connectivity, cybersecurity, and remote diagnostics.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and utilization of remote service tools.
• Provide technical leadership by supporting sales and leading implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Sales, Service, and PMO.
• Execute installations, pilots, and improve remote tool usage.
