Job summary

McCormick & Company in Poland is seeking a Compensation And Benefits Analyst II to join our Total Rewards team. You will administer compensation systems, analyze data, and support annual merit, base pay, and bonus processes.

Responsibilities include partnering with global HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, conducting market analyses, and ensuring HR systems meet compensation needs. Strong Excel and data skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting or analytical field is required.
• Experience in HR, compensation and benefits or reward with a data focus is expected.
• Fluent English language knowledge is required.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems are essential.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or another analytical field.
• Experience in HR, compensation and benefits, reward, or an analytical role with strong data focus.
• Fluent English language knowledge.
• Strong skills in data management, reporting, analysis, and working with complex datasets.
• Good understanding of compensation processes, benefits, job evaluation, grading, and organizational structures.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR systems such as SAP, MySuccess, Reward, or similar.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and process discipline.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with compensation surveys, market data, process improvement, or benefits plans would be an advantage.

Compensation: starting from PLN 115 710 pln gross per year.

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
