Job summary

Pentoz is seeking a skilled IBM Cloud Developer for a remote role. You will design and deploy scalable, enterprise-ready applications within IBM's cloud ecosystem, working at the forefront of hybrid infrastructure, AI services, and automation.

Responsibilities include building solutions with IBM Cloud services, API/microservice design, and implementing CI/CD pipelines. Candidates should bring 3+ years in IBM Cloud or hybrid cloud environments and strong coding skills in Java, Node.js, or Python.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with IBM Cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Proficient in Java, Node.js, or Python.
• Hands-on with IBM Cloud CLI, Terraform, and Container Registry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy solutions using IBM Cloud services such as Cloud Foundry, Code Engine, Kubernetes Service, Watson AI, and Cloud Functions.
• Architect APIs and microservices using Java, Node.js, or Python.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines with IBM DevOps, Tekton, or Jenkins on IBM Cloud.
• Integrate with IBM AI, blockchain, or analytics services as needed.
• Ensure secure, resilient architecture aligned with enterprise compliance standards.
