Job summary

Pentoz is seeking an experienced Alibaba Cloud Developer to architect and deliver scalable cloud solutions across our global platforms. This is a fully remote role with teams spanning Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and beyond, including Poland.

You will work with ECS, Function Compute, RDS, OSS, API Gateway and build scalable microservices in Java, Node.js, or Python, while automating with Terraform and ROS. Emphasis on security, networking (VPC), and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building solutions on Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun).
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices.
• Experience with API development, event-driven computing, and multi-region deployment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver reliable, high-performance cloud solutions across platforms.
• Develop and deploy applications using core Alibaba Cloud services (ECS, Function Compute, RDS, OSS, API Gateway).
• Build scalable microservices and serverless apps using Java, Node.js or Python.
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform, ROS, or Alibaba CLI.
• Implement security, networking (VPC), and monitoring strategies.
• Optimize cloud cost, performance, and availability for real-time systems.
