Job summary

Indero is a contract research organization specializing in dermatology and rheumatology. The Site Budget and Contract Lead (SBCL) develops investigator budgets and contract proposals, serving as the main contact for negotiations across Europe, North America, and other regions as applicable.

Based in Poland and open to remote work, the role focuses on drafting budgets, country-specific grid development, CTA templates, and coordinating with Legal, Finance, and CTMS teams to ensure timely, fully

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in clinical research or equivalent experience.
Minimum 7 years of clinical research site budget/contract negotiation.
At least 2 years in a similar contract lead role.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clinical sites and Sponsors.
Draft budgets for new studies.
Create country-specific budget grids for negotiation.
Prepare and customize CTA templates per country and sponsor requirements.
Facilitate negotiations and signatures of site budgets/contracts with investigators.
Manage contract/budget amendments during the trial.
Update tracking systems to facilitate site payments.
Collaborate with internal teams (Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, Finance, CTMS).
