Job summary

Indero seeks a Contractual Clinical Research Associate (cCRA) in Poland to monitor dermatology trials at investigative sites or remotely, ensuring adherence to protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

You will perform site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits, prepare reports, and maintain data integrity. Strong dermatology experience and English communication are essential, with ~65% travel.

Qualifications

• 3 years of on-site clinical monitoring experience.
• Minimum 1 year dermatology experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Willingness to travel ~65% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Participate in investigators’ meetings.
• Prepare site visit reports and follow-up letters.
• Build productive relationships with investigators and site staff to reach study objectives.
• Perform source data verification and ensure proper storage, dispensing, and accountability of study drug.
• Handle regulatory documents and may take on additional related tasks as needed.
