Job summary

Indero is seeking a Site Budget and Contract Lead to manage investigator budgets and contract proposals across North America, EU and other regions. You will draft budgets, templates, and negotiate with sites and Sponsors while coordinating with Legal Affairs and internal teams.

The role requires strong English communication, multilingual abilities, and experience in EU country processes. It is a remote, full-time position open to candidates in Poland, with teleworking allowances and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical research or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in clinical research site budget/contract negotiation.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar contract lead role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clinical sites and Sponsors.
• Develop the draft budgets for new studies.
• Create country-specific budget grids for negotiation with sites.
• Develop the project-specific CTA template per country and sponsor requirements.
• Facilitate negotiation and signature of site budgets/contracts with investigators, with Legal Affairs.
• Manage contract/budget amendments during the trial.
• Update tracking systems to facilitate site payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed.
