Qualifications

• 3 years of on-site clinical monitoring experience in biotech/pharma/CRO environments.
• At least 1 year of dermatology monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits per monitoring plan and SOPs.
• Prepare site visit reports and follow-up letters to investigators.
• Build productive relationships with investigators and site staff to meet study objectives, including recruitment targets.
• Perform source data verification, ensure on-site study drug storage, dispensing, and accountability.
