Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Change Management, OCM, or Transformation roles on large, global initiatives.
• Experience leading change programs in digital transformation, ERP, BPM, GBS, GCC, or consulting.
• Ability to design and execute change strategies covering communication, training, stakeholder management, and adoption.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence senior leaders.
• Strong consulting skills: problem solving, analytical thinking, and structured delivery.
• Experience working with project and program management in multi-workstream environments.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze impact of the solution on business processes within SaaS architecture.
• Monitor organizational readiness and employee sentiment at milestones.
• Build and support an internal network of change champions.
• Coordinate and execute communication strategies around cloud system constraints.
• Design resistance mitigation mechanisms and prepare FAQ frameworks.
• Create persona-based learning paths and context-specific training materials.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs and analytics for adoption in Hypercare.
