Solid is seeking an experienced Change and Release Manager to own and coordinate change management activities across business processes and technical solutions within our cloud transformation programme. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Change Management and Release Management experience.
• Experience managing change and release activities within cloud migration/transformation projects.
• Experience coordinating changes across complex IT environments and development teams.
• Strong understanding of structured change and release processes, governance, and controls.
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate change management activities related to business processes and technical solutions.
• Manage and coordinate changes across application development teams as part of cloud transformation.
• Drive change and release management processes in accordance with policies and governance requirements.
• Coordinate release planning and ensure dependencies, risks, and actions are identified and followed up.
• Act as the central point of contact for change and release activities within the programme.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of changes.
• Coordinate communication, information sharing, and upskilling for users and stakeholders.
• Ensure clear documentation and communication of planned changes, impacts, dependencies and actions.
• Proactively follow up activities and support stakeholders in resolving issues.
