Accenture is seeking professionals who combine Change Management expertise with knowledge of Chemicals and Natural Resources to help clients navigate complex transformation programs. You will deliver Change Management activities across large-scale programs, assess impacts, and develop adoption strategies.

Qualificações

• Experience working on Change Management, transformation, organizational change, or business adoption initiatives.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment, communications, training, or adoption.
• Background in Chemicals, Mining, Metals, Forest Products, Building Materials, or asset-intensive industries.
• Ability to translate complex transformations into practical Change Management actions.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Change Management activities across large-scale transformation programs.
• Assess impact of transformation initiatives on organizations, processes, roles, and ways of working.
• Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications, training approaches, and adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and project stakeholders to build alignment and readiness to change.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments, and adoption measurements.
• Support design and delivery of communications, learning, and capability-building activities.
• Help embed new processes, technologies, operating models, and ways of working into organizations.
• Work in multidisciplinary, globally distributed teams with international collaboration.
