econsulting is seeking a Change Manager to focus on strategic design, organizational readiness, and educational architectures. You will closely collaborate with a dedicated platform setup team to ensure the technology aligns with the needs of people and the business.

With 4+ years in Change Management or transformation, you will lead change programs across digital transformation, ERP, BPM, and consulting environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Change Management or OCM in large-scale initiatives.
• Experience leading change in digital transformation, ERP, BPM, GBS or consulting.
• Ability to design and execute change strategies including comms and training.
• Excellent stakeholder management and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the impact of the implemented solution on business processes within SaaS architecture.
• Monitor organizational readiness and employee sentiment at key milestones.
• Develop and operationally support an internal network of change champions.
• Coordinate and execute communications for standard cloud configuration constraints.
• Design resistance mitigation and FAQ frameworks for managers.
• Create persona-based learning paths and contextual training materials.
• Design and deliver Train-the-Trainer programs and analytics for Hypercare adoption.
