Optiveum is seeking an experienced Change & Release Manager to own change and release activities within a major Google Cloud transformation program for a leading banking client. You will coordinate business and technical changes and report to program managers.

This hybrid role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent English, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Change and Release Management.
• Experience in cloud migration projects.
• Excellent English (spoken and written) C1+.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to coordinate business and technical changes across programs.

Responsibilities

• Managing business process and technical changes across the transformation program.
• Coordinating changes with application development teams.
