Job summary

Voxidea-Stafi is a fully remote opportunity connecting bilingual Latin American professionals with U.S.-based law firms. The role focuses on client onboarding, case management, calendar oversight, and third-party coordination for Personal Injury and Immigration matters.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a law firm, strong English communication, and a background in customer service or sales. A law degree is preferred, and Latin American residency is required to support remote operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a law firm (PI and Immigration focus).
• Strong understanding of US PI and Immigration procedures and case management.
• Background in customer service and sales (desirable).
• Proficient verbal and written English (C1 or higher).
• Excellent prioritization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
• Bachelor’s degree in law preferred.
• Permanently resides in Latin America.
• Owns a reliable laptop with stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and manage communications, ensuring proper medical treatment or requirements are fulfilled.
• Monitor case progress and document interactions; keep files and reports organized.
• Manage calendars, deadlines, and follow-ups for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third parties, insurers, government agencies, and USCIS as needed.
