Voxidea-Stafi seeks a bilingual Polish-speaking Intake Specialist to be the first contact for leads seeking legal services. You will gather client information, guide them to appropriate resources, and schedule consultations from your home office.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 3+ years in customer service or interpretation, and strong calendar management. Remote role with international opportunities and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
Proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency.
Experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background preferred.
Bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Polish, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience.
Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help.
Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources within or outside the firm.
Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions.
Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support.
Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.
