Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Finance System Administrator to manage Cadency schedules, interfaces, and workflows to ensure a stable close process. You will coordinate with Record to Report, accounting, and IT teams to keep the platform reliable, compliant, and ready for monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.

The role requires experience with reconciliation, consolidation tools like OneStream, and familiarity with SAP close status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting enterprise finance systems and close-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Cadency schedules, jobs, interfaces, and batches to keep the finance environment stable.
• Support monthly/ quarterly close activities and reconcile processes.
• Coordinate with IT, process teams, and vendors for upgrades and issue resolution.
• Provide system evidence for SOX/audit controls and manage user access.
